Rules
Prices are for the rental of the entire property.
Bookings is on a week basis. Include electricity, water, linen and towels, in winter heating and wood for the stoves and a welcome pack in the kitchen (sugar, Nespresso coffee tabs, biscuits, jam, tea bags, salt, soap, dish washer tablets, kitchen sponges and bin bags).
Tourist taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking.
Check-in
The arrival is between 4pm and 7pm, with a welcome to give you the keys and show you the property and where things are and how things works.
It is possible to arrange a later arrival, please get in touch with us.
Check-out
The departure is at 10am.
Pets
A well-behaved dog is allowed, only if he/she is not belonging to one of the breeds classified in the French category 1 and 2. Please refer to this website to check if your dog is conserned link.
An extra charge for cleaning and higher caution will be required. If you have more than one dog to bring with you, please contact me.
I would just ask you to clean the garden after him/her.
Smoking
The property is a non-smoking property. If you want to smoke, we ask you to do it only outside and absolutely not to leave any stubs around.
Party
No party, no loud music and disturbing noises are allowed. The property is in a beautiful calm village!
Parking
No houses in the village have private parking, you can drive carefully to the door to unload your luggage and your shopping.
The village provides plenty of free parking places, just a minute walk from the door.
